FREE EVENT – If you’re aged 12 to 25 years old and live in South Yorkshire join us at the Brighter Futures Visually Impaired Sports and Information Day, held in Sheffield on Saturday 22 June.

Lawrence Pritchard, Professional Schools Judo Coach for British Judo will be on hand to provide advice and engage young people aged between 12 and 25 by providing blind and visually impaired taster sports sessions. Coaches are also invited.

British Judo, Blind England & Wales Cricket Board, GoalBall UK, RNC Blind/VI Football Academy and information about education, careers and training.

Congratulations to all the athletes who took part in the competition in Venray, Netherlands between 8 and 9 June bringing back 23 medals for England, the regions and individual clubs.

In summary England, the clubs and regions got 23 medals and Scotland got six medals. While Northern Irish and Welsh athletes took part, they did not medal. Congratulations to all the Great British nations who took part.

“The Grand Prix Miami was a great start for our road to Rio de Janeiro,” said Jose H.
